With so many of our clients being Realtors and having to deal with Bank of America…this story will make you laugh out loud! And it is true…a homeowner really did foreclose on Bank of America. The story also goes to show how difficult Bank of America can be when it comes to it's clients who have home mortgages with them. Yes, I speak from experience!
This story involves a couple who were foreclosed on by Bank of America and they never even have a loan with B or A. They paid cash for their home and never had a loan. Its a great read and will only serve to brighten your day when you think about the "underdog" and how unreasonable we all know Bank of America can be when it comes to distressed property owners.
