According to recent news reports, Bank Of America just may be getting a little bit easier to deal with.  I myself have not found that to be the case, having a Bank of America loan…So…don't shoot the messenger.  I have heard from many of my Realtor friends that Bank of America is the nightmare to deal with that I have experienced first hand.
