Let's be honest here. Would you quickly sign up to do business with a company you had never heard of before because they sent you ONE mailing piece? Or better yet, would you even remember the name of a company that mailed you one marketing postcard?

The trick to any successful real estate farming plan is to stay consistent with what you are doing. One of the most successful local real estate agents mails out 18,000 postcards each month. He is taking over neighborhoods left and right. His farm didn't start out that size, he started small and kept adding as he found success.
