FREE tools from NAR for marketing you probably don’t know about

I just found a great tool that is offered to you FREE when you belong to the NAR…and I had to share! I read about this great tool and actually tested it today. It was easy and the best part is that is was FREE.

The National Association of Realtors has a tool for members trying to find good content for their blogs, marketing pieces, websites or social networks: HouseLogic Realtor Content Resource.

Houselogic provides home related information for consumers, the website was launched in February. The content is geared toward homeowners offering tips on how to maintain and add value to a home, as well as information and advice for home related “stuff”.

Today, I found a series of articles on:

  • Saving Water
  • Selling Your Home
  • Summer related real estate articles
  • Foreclosure articles
  • More

All articles can be downloaded in to MS Word document for you to hand out, it can be sent as an email and they even provide you with HTML code if you wish to embed in your website or blog.

I added it to one of my clients sites: San Ramon Homes so you can see how it looks when you embed it as HTML. I think it looks pretty darned good and the best part is that I didn’t have to think too much to come up with content.

I encourage you to check out this site, it is pretty cool and you are already paying for it with your membership anyway. You may as well use it and you know it is good information because it is provided by NAR. You will need your NAR membership number to log in and get to the free real estate marketing content provided.
