I keep mentioning how important it is to have a a website and better yet a blog to find new business.   I encourage you to do things you are currently doing which work, like Door Hangers, Postcards, Short Sale Postcards, and of course your most important marketing tool, your business card, BUT…You also must have a website to succeed in this day and age.
