Use Business Cards as a marketing piece - Business cards can have anything printed on them, not JUST contact information and they are very inexpensive.  One of our clients who was having a difficult time getting one of her listings sold had us print a business card with basic information on it which made it easy to pass around everywhere she went.  She also provide a stack of these "listing business cards" to her client to pass around at work and to friends and family.  Using a busines card to promote listings, promotions, coupons, user groups, or anything else you can think of is Cheap!!!
