Monthly mailings and postcards really do work

One of our clients’ works for a mortgage lender here is California. His broker really promotes mailing to your past clients and sphere of influence. The broker even goes as far as holding the agents who WISH TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE, accountable for mailing to their databases, calling past clients and working their databases as all real estate professionals SHOULD do. If an agent decides to “get on the accountability wagon” the broker actually fines them for not following through.  This technique really works when you are "herding cats", i.e. agents.

The good news is that some of the agents who are beginning to mail to their databases are seeing results from JUST ONE MAILING. We are fortunate to have our agents get back with us with results and they are originating loans simply because they are mailing to their past clients! I just want to yell it from the roof tops…MAIL TO YOUR PAST CLIENTS…It works!
