I have recently begun reading E-Myth Mastery to help me get very focused on building and marketing my own business. I cannot say enough great things about this wonderful book. It is a a gift to small business owners.
One of the most valuable things I have taken from reading this book is how small business owners spend way too much time working IN their business instead of ON it. I find this to be the case not only with myself, but with pretty much every small business owner I currently work with.
So many of my clients, just like myself don’t want to pay someone else to do what they feel they can do themselves. Yes, I am talking to you!
As a business OWNER, key term being owner, is your job to create business cards, postcards, websites and everything else you think you should be doing, or is your job to run a company? Have you created a company or simply created a job for you to come to work at? It is a great question and something that should be examined very carefully.
With that said, I would encourage you to consider allowing us to do what we do, so you can focus on running your company and do what you do.
